Shoes to big
The shoes were wonky and looked fake. They were too big and I can only get a gift card, so I now have to pay for shipping a third time to use the gift card.

Shoes to big
It was hard to get in someone to help me return a shoes that looked fake and were sized wrong. I should have gotten a shippung label, but they charged me for shiping for all three ways, if you count the next shiping I will have to pay to use my gift card. There is no returns only a credit.
I want my money back but they said no, even though the shoes looked nothing like the pic and were sized wrong.
I had to beg for the help.

Order wrongfully cancelled
I had placed an order and the next day, they cancelled my order. Then, coincidentally, they sold out of my size after they cancelled my order.

Order never shipped
It has been 2 weeks since I ordered a single pair of shoes, and I still haven't even received shipping information. I thought this website was a scam, is this a normal amount of time?

bought a tee shirt from you and it is extremely too big. It was a medium but fits like a xx-large.
Tried to see if I could exchange it but got nowhere . I feel like it was a waste of my money.

No one calls or follows up via email and my credit card was charged
No one calls or follows up via email and my credit card was charged and I called to inform them what happened and the order never was cancelled I emailed before processing and nothing ever happened. I am a 5 year customer and I will never recommend this business ever again!!

Item has not come yet.
I got an email on 12/26/23 telling me my item was delayed. Ive waited a while and I still havent received anything.
I went to my account to see where the tracking was and all it said was unfulfilled and didnt give me any other update.
I would please like to know when my item will be here or send me a different one. It is very upsetting when youre trying to buy a present for someone and it just not showing up.

Worst customer service ever!!!!
Made a purchase, try to cancel seconds after, charged $70 for shipping,they did not cancel, I did not receive any shipping confirmation, did not receive item, still being charged!!!
