No customer service communication, glitchy service

I rented a bed from feather they told me it would be picked up today on the seventh. They also told me they would contact me on Monday the fifth for a time window to expect them on the seventh.

Nobody emailed nobody called,

I emailed five times, called the only customer service number I could find and emailed their general email several times

they then showed up with no notice today.

Customer service said they had an email glitch because of ownership changing. The joke is that they then sent me a text saying my driver was on the way, when the driver had come two hours earlier.

Horrible communication, the $99 they offered me is not nearly enough for the nightmare of having this rental bed finally picked up

They offered you $99 take it or leave it. If you cannot afford their prices sleep on the floor.

No customer service

I got charged today after calling At least 10 times and emailing multiple times. No one ever picks up the phone or returns any of my calls or emails.

My plan supposedly restarted today and I have been trying to find out how much it will cost to pay off my purchase. No I have been charged for this month.
