Unhappy with Fearless. VERY unhappy.
Sent multiple copies of an album -- I only ordered one. One.
Not three. Very unhappy and will never do business with them again.

Recorded damaged
- - Record arrived damaged; resale value ruined; replacement/return requests declined; customer service was poor; plans to report to the FCC.
Record came very damaged and if I ever wanted to "resell" the record for value down the road, that was destroyed upon arrival. I reached out to them to ask for a replacement/send back/or accept this one and ill order another one - declined all offers so I'm just with a damaged record...terrible customer service on their part. Luckily I work with the FCC so I'll make sure to add this company to the bane list.

I pre-ordered the latest Until I Wake album that was signed by the band and on Tiktok they actually did a livestream showing that they signed the booklets. The pre-orders for the album went up in maybe mid-to-late November and that's around the time that I pre-ordered mine.
The album itself was released way back in early December and I've gotten no confirmation on when this record is going to ship. I tried asking the band on their Instagram themselves when it would possibly ship off and nothing but crickets. I even went as far as to reaching out to Fearless Records but nope...
Absolutely no response whatsoever. Stay the F away when it comes to ordering from these guys.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Order was received.
I ordered a vinyl call boy in blue Lake. They shipped a vinyl called Candyland.
I contacted them and they said that its the same and they sent me an invoice to prove it. Fearless Records is TRYING to improve on their service.
I still caution, anyone about using them.

On Dec.28th I received one of the two records I had order from Fearless Records.Today is Dec. 31, I still do not have the second record.
I have a tracking number saying it will be here 1/3/24. But according to the tracking it has not moved in six days.
Fearless Records sent me a email stating: Due to a pending relocation to a new fulfillment center, I would not receive my orders until Jan. 2024.This is how they do business. They take your money and use it to pay their bills and make you wait for your orders.I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!
Today 11/13/23 I received an email from Fearless Records saying my orders will not be ship until January 2024.Sent back and email asking them if it was in stock how come I have to wait until January 2024. I have not received an answer back as of this time.My advice to anyone to not use this site!
After I told the company about posting a review, they sent a email offering to refund my purchase price.I informed them once again that I want my orders. All they keep saying is I either take a refund or I wait.This is not the proper way to do business.
Try to get any information from them is nuts. All they gave is excuses about moving their distribution center.
I have ordered another product from this company from another website.
The other website has already sent me tracking information and shipped the order. According to the tracking information, this other order is supposed to be here by Tuesday.

Crappie service
Fearless Records are now saying I will not receive my orders until mid to end of Jan. 2024.
I’m being told this after I placed my orders on 10/20/23.
They claim this is because they are relocating our distribution center. I call it taking people’s money so they can pay their moving expenses!
They dont answer emails, phone calls , they take forever to fill orders! They are the worst record company Ive ever dealt with.

It is five weeks after I placed my two orders with FEARLESS RECORDS. I still do not have them.
I have sent 28 emails to this company asking where they are. They keeping saying I will receive them by the end of January 2024. I did not place orders for preorder items, the items were supposed to be in stock. They keep saying if i don’t want to wait I should my orders.
I feel that no one should ever use this company again. I will never buy another item from them again!!
