I didn't receive my package which i was order need to speak with someone please i have no pictures tp shoe because i didn't read any packages from you guys

This company sucks, I placed 3 orders for the same item it was labeled as fraud. I called the bank and found that they never reported as fraud.

I send several emails with no resolve. There is no customer service nor a phone number to resolve. My granddaughter wanted this item, and they just blow you off. Do-Not Order, Run, Choose another company.

There is no follow up and what company doesn't talk to their customers but want there money. Beyond frustrating they really don't give a crap.

I requested Refund label for order Order #683291 on 11/14/25 due to hoodie does not fit, too tight on the neck, and material made me itchy that turned to rashes.. it is intact not used with tags. I sent return label request to to shop@***.com

You guys did not send me the right outfit and I would like a refund blew is the wrong order this is not what I asked for

I placed a first order for a hodie, they charged a partial amount and never proceeded with the shipment, but they also didn't refund the money charged to my account. I cancelled it and ordered the same thing again supposedly at the correct price, an order that they still haven't shipped either but they haven't refunded the first one I cancelled for $108 and a fraction. I need to know who can resolve this please.

Took items to Festus Walmart. They refunded right there in store less 11.89 return shipping To my original buying receipt.

I ordered a hoodie the hoodie was never received no confirmation nothing was sent this business is scamming us out of our money I used my cash app account so I had to dispute the transaction which was denied and I never received my money or package

I am very concerned because they said about 6-7 days shipping and I have emailed you twice they told me it would be here well before Christmas. When I call the phone number on the website it says it is disconnected. I have emailed you many times.
