This company sucks, I placed 3 orders for the same item it was labeled as fraud. I called the bank and found that they never reported as fraud.
I send several emails with no resolve. There is no customer service nor a phone number to resolve. My granddaughter wanted this item, and they just blow you off. Do-Not Order, Run, Choose another company.
There is no follow up and what company doesn't talk to their customers but want there money. Beyond frustrating they really don't give a crap.

I placed a first order for a hodie, they charged a partial amount and never proceeded with the shipment, but they also didn't refund the money charged to my account. I cancelled it and ordered the same thing again supposedly at the correct price, an order that they still haven't shipped either but they haven't refunded the first one I cancelled for $108 and a fraction. I need to know who can resolve this please.

Took items to Festus Walmart. They refunded right there in store less 11.89 return shipping To my original buying receipt.
