I don't know if I lucked out with the best customer service rep ever (LEAH, thank you!) or if this is in keeping with their usual level of care -- but I have to give my experience the highest possible rating. I had an amazing conversation with customer service and cannot thank Leah enough for how she handled a frazzled, confused customer -- ME!
What started as a bad situation ended with a great interaction and that's how customer service SHOULD be!
All of that being said, I want to recommend that people videotape their unboxing of parts to be on the safe side. We received some used parts, but never opened the boxes, so didn't know. Upon realizing we didn't need them for repairs, we sent them back. Only for FCP Euro to discover they had been used and we were facing no refund.
It was devastating/ shocking news, especially because the parts were expensive and we are in no position to just eat the cost. We didn't know how to prove we'd never opened them. But they took the time to examine the situation and gave us the best possible customer care.
I am deeply grateful. The world needs more Leahs!

So pissed of with this company I've spent almost 5000 nz dollars and these useless incompetent good for nothing ripper offers have done nothing but lie and take my money I'm never ever buying anything from them again and I suggest no one else does aswell! They have been impossible to get hold of they have no replied tommy emails proving my proof of purchases it's like gey don't even exist!

Everything was absolutely awesome and amazing customer service was incredible and there was no actual issue with the way with the product I use the wrong sequence of installation and once I figured that out and switched up the sequencing of installation everything worked perfect
The issue was resolved quickly.
The order I received was different from what was ordered.after I got to talk to a customer service representative the issue was resolved.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
They didn't understand at first, but once I clearly explained the problem, it was resolved right away and the part was sent out to me.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Didn’t. Just a suggestion for continuous improvement.
I ordered two complete oil change sets. One for My Porsche, and one for my Mercedes.
FCP sent me two big boxes with motor oils, drain plugs, filters, O-rings, etc. and everything was all mixed up. I had to go searching for part numbers to determine which item went with which car. They shouldnt mix all the items for two different vehicles, and expect the customer to sort it.
Also, the tiny items were almost lost in the flaps of the big boxes. Need more attention to detail.

Nothing
They will suggest and ship the wrong parts, the customer service reps are incompentent and very rude and unprofessional and the customer service leads and customer service director makes excuses for their behavior, because they're just as rude and unprofessional. You pay for the same part twice, the wrong one they recommended and the correct one and they lie. NEVER reimbursed or compensated for their HORRIBLE service and mistake(s).

Pissed off at the Pissed consumer phishing
There is no complaint at all. This company has been fantastic.
I was just trying to reach them on a weekend and in advertently got your number. I am not a pissed consumer.
User's recommendation: There is nothing wrong with FCP Europe. If I were to be a *** consumer, it would be at the Pest consumer company that somehow another scam me into using their toll-free number.

Verified ReviewerUPS returned package due to missing invoice
Company shipped my international package without an invoice by way of UPS and the carrier returned the item due to the missing invoice. Called FCP Euro and they state that I should have provided the invoice.
Please tell me why that's the responsibility of the receiver to provide an invoice for a package that's being sent to them. FCP refunded me, excluding the shipping of course, because the parts were considered returned by me which it wasn't. I want my full refund including shipping because this was an error on FCP and not me. I shouldn't have to reorder to pay for shipping again and also reach out to UPS to provide them with an invoice.
Doesn't make sense. Tried calling again numerous times after to receive a refund for the original shipping cost but they won't answer the phone.

Verified Reviewer |Paid for Next Day Delivery, got UPS Ground and bad customer service.
Paid for next day delivery, order was placed before the shipping cut off time, and the order was not shipped. Customer service was a robot or someone just blindly copy and pasting a script response.
Nobody has reached out to explain what the status of my order is or anything. I will make sure to avoid this company from here on out.

And thank you Shane for tip toeing around every question I asked in regards to what happened with "I don't know, that's not true, I am going to have to disconnect this call." until I mentioned putting you in the 1 star review, then suddenly you wanted to try and answer those questions.
Bad customer service, bad inventory management, and bad attention to basics.
If an order is paid for with Next Day Delivery, the replacement should be as well. And if you don't have the inventory/it isn't going to arrive on time, you should contact the customer, not stay silent and hope they don't notice.

I love this company but I couldnt get in touch with anyone on the phone. The automated voice told me everyone was in a meeting and then hung up. Now the system keeps texting me to leave a review
