I placed an order. Never received an item.

Called/emailed the company 4-5x requesting a refund and never received a dime.

They finally quit answering the phone or email. STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered a shirt in October 2016 - haven't received in over three months later. I also didn't get a response to my four separate emails to them.

I initiated a pay pal complaint - I did not get a response from them but did get a shipping email - so I didn't escalate my complaint and the window closed. Now, a month later, turn out all they did was create a shipping label - the product was never shipped and they don't answer emails. If you buy from them, use pay pal - and if they don't ship, follow through with an actual complaint.

Seems like this review needs to be at least a hundred words. One two three and done ...

This is my second time having an issue with FckH8. I ordered something 4 years ago that took 3 months to arrive, but I figured that they'd have their bugs worked out by now.

I ordered a hoodie 5 weeks ago that said it would ship in 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks I still didn't have a shipping confirmation. I contacted customer support. They never responded.

So, now it's almost Christmas and the gift I wanted to give to my little sister (as a sign of support since she recently came out in a very homophobic state) won't be here on time.

She already knows I'm on her side 100%, but it would have been nice to be able to show that pride with something tangible. *** FckH8

I placed an order in April 2016, in May 2016 (over a month later) they emailed me saying the items were prepared for pre-shipment. They emailed me a shipment label then never sent it.

After I emailed them AGAIN to ask the status of my order they then said they didn't have the product on hand... It is now September 2016 and they have not replied to my email from June, August OR September!!!

The idea is fantastic, but their costumer service is incompetent to say the least..

I placed an order in the end of March and until today didn't receive it. I've contacted the company who offered refund, but not a plausible explanation for such delay. Finally, last week, I received an email saying that my order was being shipping, just to find out that they created the label, but dint ship the products. Today it still haven't ship.

Now, Im writing reviews all over the web, to prevent people to have the same problem that Im having.

I placed an order for aganist racism shirt in August, after waiting TWO months and hearing absolutely nothing nor receiving anything I called and wrote an email asking where was my shirt, I was then contacted by an Adam who wrote to me apologizing for the delay and stating he just checked and my order and it would be shipped later that week. Well two weeks later I still hadn't received anything so I wrote Adam again he then proceeded to tell me that he never wrote me telling me my item would be shipped in a week he said he told me that my shirt was in back order and as soon as they came in mines would be the first shipped.

Well Adam I have the emails ALL of them, that's why they say to tell the truth because you never forget the truth.

He then we'll I can give you a refund if you prefer well no I prefer to have my shirt on the date I was told and I prefer to not be lied to!!!!! Horrible horrible and it's really to bad because I really wanted the shirt :(

This company is pathetic to use children with such foul mouth language to 'get a point across,' or to sell products. No matter how good their product is I would never buy anything form them.

If they have to stoop this low to sell a product then it can't be much of a product to begin with. The parents of these children should be ashamed for allowing them to partake in such an add.

We as a society wonder why our children grow up and turn out the way they do, maybe we had a hand in it. The parents are no better than this company.

I spent roughly $100 for some shirts for my friends and family in either September or October, I've already forgotten exactly when. After not receiving anything by January 1st I emailed. I was given the same email about the "holiday overload", and was offered an additional shirt. I stated that I understood the holidays were hectic, and that would be great. It is now February 16th, still nothing. They have stopped replying to emails, and I've only sent 3 since January. I've even left a message with their automated system to no avail. I'm left with filing a chargeback on them tomorrow.

This is so sad considering the great message they have. I am honestly saddened. My family, my friends, and I were all very excited at the opportunity to show our support.

I just want my shirts. :(

Wanting to support a worthy cause I ordered 2 shirts from fckh8.com over 3 months ago. After one month I starting emailing trying to find out where my order had gone and when i could expect delivery.

Not only has my order not arrived, they will not return or reply to my emails or phone calls. Their facebook page has similar complaints from a huge list of people.

These awful people have taken a good cause and turned it into a scam. Please do not do business with this website or company, you will not receive what you pay for.

This website, FCKH8.com, is an organization (even endorsed by celeberties like Jane Lynch and Michael Buble) that specializes in supporting marrital equality and *** rights. One of my close *** friends said he wanted to order a shirt off the website, but he didn't have a credit card.

He knows I shop online and asked if he gave me the money if I could order it for him. I paid $28 for the tshirt (I know, kinda ridiculous), and it said shipping could take around 2-3 weeks. I order the shirt at the beginning of September, and waited, but no shirt came in and it was already October. I emailed the company to complain as politely but assertively as possible.

They sent me a message that explained that many people had not recieved their orders due to high demand and that my order would be shipped ASAP. Then they even said they would send me "free accessories" if I was willing to wait a couple of weeks for the shirt. I said fine. The "free stuff" didnt come in until 2 or 3 weeks later, and all they sent me were some big stickers from their site and ANOTHER apology for the delay.

I would expect an online company to ship A LOT faster, considering how much I paid for the shipping (almost $10 for just one item!). I emailed them almost 3 times now, making it clear how upset I was at this very poor service. All they send are sorries and apologies. they at one point said that the shirt would be delivered by Christmas and that they would put me on a priority list.

It is now the middle of January and I STILLdon't have the shirt.

I would expect a company like this one to at least offer me a credit or a free shirt or something, but no, I got stickers. My suggestion, don't order from these people unless you want to wait 2 years for one small order.
