FAXLY.COM --- ONLINE FAX SCAM
- - Faxly.com charged the card $19.95 many times, though the service was not used.
- - No customer service number; Wyoming address appears fake and the app is a scam.
This company faxly.com kept charging my credit card in the amount of $19.95 several times. I never used this company, nor have I ever heard of such a company.
I tried to contact this company, and they have no customer service number. They just have a phony address in Wyoming. They cannot be contacted, and they operate in the dark. I don't know how they obtained my credit card number.
I never authorized these charges.
Faxly app is a total scam, ripping off hard-working people. Shame on you, Faxly.

SCAM !! Faxly App online fax service - They charged my credit card multiple times.
- - Advertised 99¢ per fax but charged $19.95; charges repeated.
- - No customer service number; dispute charges; up to 60 days for investigation.
Faxly App is an online fax service that advertises 99 cents per fax. I faxed one page to my doctor's office and paid 99 cents with my credit card.
One month later, I received my credit card statement in the mail, and Faxly App charged me $19.95, not 99 cents. The charge of $19.95 recurred multiple times. They kept charging me again and again. Faxly doesn't have a customer service phone number to call.
There is no way to contact them. They are terrible scammers.
Stay away from this company.
I had to dispute all the charges ($80.00 total in unauthorized charges), and at the time of this writing, I am still waiting for my credit card company to complete their investigation, which I was told could take up to sixty days.

Paid .99 to send a fax and buried in the fine print was an "agreement" to pay $19.00 a month if not cancelled in 48 hour.. they charged me $19 and then I had to cancel it myself but they wouldn't refund the charge.
Avoid them like the plague
