Not what they say the product is........
My experience - husband ordered 3 Bottles of Bourbon for $49 each - a savings from $119 each the website said. When we got the bourbon bottles, they were empty, not full at one time, but cap not attached and absolutely empty.
They try telling you when you complain that that is what they are. Seriously? Who would pay $49 let alone $119 for an empty "bourbon" bottle?! They talk about the barrels even, so why would you think they are empty?
Who wants an empty bourbon bottle??? I went back and forth with them - have to say that they do communicate. Started out that they were willing to refund 15%. No way!
Site says, and I quoted this in several emails, that there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee and 100% full refund. They do not respond to that at all. I ended up agreeing to an 80% refund = $113 (of our $142) and they stated this amount in the email in USD so that is documented.
They say 7-15 days for refund, so I highly doubt it will be that quick, and I'll probably have another email battle back and forth as well as report them wherever I can. I think m husband found the ad for these bottles on Facebook, so just beware ads even advertised on Facebook apparently.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!
I ORDERED A NEW SOUND SYSTEM &;;;; INSTALLATION , TOTAL COST $ 802.00 !!!! SYSTEM NOT AT STORE , TOLD WOULD GET EMAIL TO PICK-UP PRIOR TO INSTALLATION DATE.
NO EMAIL BUT GOT CALL FROM GEEK SQUAD CONFIRMING APPT,, HE SAID I SHOULD HAVE EQUIPMENT ETC. BUT I DID'NT !!!! I TRIED CALLING STORE,, WHAT A JOKE THAT IS AS PUT ON HOLD EVERY TIME THEN THEY HANG UP , SO I DROVE TO STORE., TALKED TO SALESMAN ABOUT SOUND SYSTEM , HE CHECKED , MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE I DID'NT PICK UP ITEM !!!!! I TOLD HIM I NEVER GOT NOTICE , HE SAID IT'S AUTOMATIC , IF DON'T PICK UP IN 5 DAYS , GETS CANCELED !!!!!!!
I NEVER GOT ANY NOTICE BUT THANK GOD GEEK SQUAD MENTIONED IT AS I HAD TO RE-PURCHASE ITEM TO HAVE FOR INSTALLATION !!!!!!!
