My mother in 2013-**** a 78 year old woman was manhandled and beaten by members of law enforcement in Conway Arkansas severely enough that the injuries led to her death. A lawsuit was filed and won.
Now everytime I go to the public library or other public places im followed constantly and harassed.
Especially by one county deputy in particular. Just making this known.
