We were sent noticed that ruling was in our favor, then received reversal with no explanation and charged us $500 for a disputed $150 transaction. We are a small business that uses FattMerchant for invoice and credit card processing.
Customers submit their charge card info via online transaction.
We do not handle actual card. FattMerchant Customer support has not responded for reason code.
