Fatima is rude and doesn't welcome you at all. Her beauticians are also so miserable and don't even welcome you! Thanks for the amazing service*sarcasm*

They over thread your eyebrows so if you're after the thick brow look STAY AWAY THEY WILL TAKE WHATEVER YOU HAVE ON YOUR BROWS!

I had laser done on upper lip. i stated to noticed brown mark on my lipe like it was burnt.

i complaint to fatima. She became very rude to me and said i can go and do what i like .she didn't not like that i complaint. now i am left with brown mark on my upper lips.

she is very unprofessional and just want money even she ruins someone face.she will not take responsibility if something goes wrong she will stat shouting at you to come out of it.she only like costumes who dont complain to her .she don't know how to deal with costumes complain.she just want money doesnt metter if costumes are happy or not. I had really bad experience with wouldn't recommend to anyone

My sister and i went to Fatimas earlier this week.........my sister had a manicure, although the bueaticain was very friendly she didnt seem very knowledgeable about a basic manicure! For example no base coat applied before coloured varnish.....she was assured that nails wouldnt stain but they did!

Nail varnish was old and gloopy.......even after 2hours it was still soft & Easily dented. Normally when a professional mancure is done nail varnish last for at least two weeks whereas this one started chipping 2 days later!

As for my facial.....the therapist was very unfriendly, didnt even greet me properly......didnt tell me anything about products being used & and was very rough when removing black heads from my nose, so much so that i had to ask her to stop,! No apology offered! As for the treatment room.....very harsh lighting, no where to hang coats, bags etc.

She didn't even once ask me if i was comfortable. Needless i wont be going back!

I complained to the owner that I was lying there and my nose got threaded without my permission. She looked at me like so what.

And she confirmed that thats pretty normal the beautician was just putting in extra effort! I complained to the owner that it is my decision if I wish to have my nose threaded or not. She started to laugh and so did all the other beauticians and started saying I was depressed !. I felt uncomfortable talking to the owner as she made a joke and a laugh out of my complaint.

She said to me stop repeating yourself. This owner of this salon obviously thought nothing of her customer. After my hard effort to come to a agreement or a apology I was getting no where as she was hesitant that her beautions always do a great job! I told her the truth and I said I don't think so.

I see it this way if a customer has been coming to a beauty salon for many years the beauticians see you every 3 weeks and they know what you like and expect. The owner could not take any of it and decided to push me out the salon and I told her the truth and she couldn't listen to one negative thing said about her bad service!The owner also said that white women get served because they get 1 or two hairs only ! And as im indian she was trying to say oh u have more hair and that takes longer thats why your not approached quickly thats what she meant!. So what does this mean,It means they are treating customers differently al customers should br treated same abd given sane service and approach.

This is the worst thing u can say to a customer is comparing to others! I don't care if nose threading is apart of face threading and other women get it done, ive been coming for many years and ive never had my nose done and I much prefer to do at home myself. And when I complained about this the owner didn't think much of this. I am so disappointed and disgusted with their service they have no vaule or respect of their customers.

Usually if I complain I get a apology or discount but here I was laughed at and not taken seriously. I will only pay for something if I think its worthit and a good jobs been done. Good customer service matters to me and at fatina beauty salon they hardly smile or approach you. For them its about whats convenient for them and their walk in service offers very little choice.

I went to an other salon and they are outstanding as soon as you walk in you can choose who you want your eyebrows or treatment done by they wer ever so friendly I told them about my experience and others and everyone agreed that it is my choice if I wanted nose threading done or not and they should know their customers as I have been a customer at fatima beauty salon for quite a while..I was so disappointed as I never discoverd them before. Overall if a owner wants to keep customers they will listen to you moan and be angry and they will simply deal with it and have lots of patients but in fatimas case she likes a to loose customers! She has no customer service knowledge at all she prefers to make faces and sarcastic.

Not recommended because the owner cannot deal with a complaint or a angry dispointed customer.This is reality of this salon! If everyone else agreed with me that just shows that im right in everyway.
