I started my journey with Fasthosts just over two years ago and have had nothing but trouble. Their support system is terrible; half of the time you can never get what you need.

I called support to fully delete my account and stop payments a couple of months ago. The first time I tried, they told me everything was cancelled and deleted however, they lied. Just a month later, I was charged again for a service I was told was cancelled. So, I contacted them again, and for the second time in a row, they lied to me.

Luckily, this time I blocked any payments from them. However, they still attempted to charge me and this time, they sent a letter to my house claiming I owed them £60 for a service I had never used and was promised was cancelled.

If my info was deleted as they are required by law, how are they still charging my card and sending letters to my home? They are not a company you should trust with your money, time, and especially not with your information.
