Fastfix autoglass repair rip-off Arlington, Tx

Greg who works for Fastfix did terrible work that left the windshield leaking tremendously and then refused to fix it under their warranty. numerous calls to the "owner" went unreturned and there is no address by which to contact them. In addition to the above mentioned problems, several gouges were left in our dashboard and the rearview mirror is off-center. When asked to fix these problems Greg lied about coming out to fix them and having nobody here at the house. Both my wife and I have been called liars by this little p.o.s. Very tough guy on the phone. DO NOT!!! do business with this company. Their word means nothing and their workmanship is terrible.

We had 4 scheduled appointments to fix a wind noise problem.That was the only problem brought to our attention.First 3 attempts the husband was gone in the vehicle and didn't answer her phone calls.4th attempt no one answered the door or repeated phone calls...

Left me with no front window

I have a 1971 chevy pickup truck that had some paint on the window where someone tried to paint truck so i called this place fastfix auto glass found in fort worth yellow pages guy came to replace window took window out and didn't replace with new left me without a window.Had to help guy try to install and then had to give a jump for his vehicles battery was dead then kind of expected payment and i didn't pay he then left i went to safelite auto and they fixed problem. I wouldn't recommend to say the least

Aftermarket Molding would not fit this 40 year old vehicle... Had a solution for this customer even if it was with our competitor.Reported the problem with our supplier and working on a better product fix for the future.Never tried to collect any monies...
