Yes I keep emailing them but no answer. I can't find a legit phone number for them.
They charged me $69.00 for a birth certificate that they never sent me.

Epic fail and Fraud website
- Ordered fast expediting Dec 23, 2022.
- Certificate received Jan 4, 2023 and a packet was sent Jan 6.
- Paid $75; state cost $25; no refund.
Ordered fast expediting same day as ordered from state directly Dec 23 2022. Got email that packet would be sent to fill out same info already provided on Dec 26th.
Got certificate from state on Jan 4th. 2023. Got packet to fill out and send back to fastbirthcertificate on Jan 6th. Sent them email that already got from state and asked what us expedited?
Cost to state $25. Paid wasted scam $75 asked for money back no response.
Waste. Scam.

- It has taken nearly 90 days and I still don't have the birth certificate.
- It cost $69+ for nothing.
- Online via the NYS website costs about $15.
This was supposed to be a fast way to get a birth certificate. So far it is close to 90 days and I am not even close to getting my needed birth certificate.
It cost me $69+ for nothing. It could cost $15 through the NYS website and you should definitely do it online which they didn't tell me.
It is allegedly much faster.
I have tried to contact them twice with no response. Stay away!
I am angry!

- They said it would take 5 days, then more papers, notarization, and fees.
- Four months later, I still haven't received the birth certificates.
First they said that it takes 5 days to get it then they send you another paper and you have to get it notarized and then send more money in I did that now it's been 4 months and I still have not got birth certificate I wrote fast birth certificates and they said they don't know where it dont fall for this place I pay for two birth certificates my husband and mine to never get them at
