Fast Signs

I went to two different locations. The first one at 6601 Veterans Blvd, Metairie, LA on March 16, 2018.

I email and called a couple of times and I was told they were working on my quote told is April 23 and I still haven’t heard back. On April 13 I went to the second location 3001 Tulane Ave, New Orleans, LA as of today I still haven’t heard back from this location either.

If you can’t or don’t want to do business with a customer say that upfront. Very unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend this company to any of my business colleagues.

Unprofessional, rude service.

Ordered vinyl signs for my van.Nothing complicated, just my website and phone number.

Kaitlyn received the order, but didn't put it right and went to vacation.

Paula was next person, very hard to get to.Had to stop by again to explain what I need. She wrote everything down.

Whole process takes more than 2 weeks.

Well, yesterday I got email from her to pick up my order.

Guess what: 2 persons (Kaitlyn got back from vacation) wrote order down, took measurements , took a pictures of the van.

Still made it wrong size!!!

Never go to FastSign!!!

You will regret if you go to Milford fast sign. You will pay more than double and they take too long to finish the job. Inhospitable environment and unfriendly people

Owner Brian Reeves....hires enstallers to do his work....comes to the job..to oversee the work...sometimes he works along side us...and then finds a reason not to pay us.....he has done this maybe 8 times....he owes me...maybe $1,000.00...he owes my friend the electrician....John Horne of John Horne Electric LLC...Milford ct. and I can produce the bill for you all to see...if you care to..not 9 times....cause why keep it going if he is not going to pay...the labor...RP mellowywood@***.com I have written to fast signh corporate site....and told them..of the problem....of course I do not expect them to take my word for it....so I am compling some evidence , bill from the electrican....bill of some of my hours....and stories from other people as well.....if I could invest some time with a sign....made from anothers sign company and parade in front of his store.....I would do so in a heart beat...

First of all, I will say this! DO NOT have them create any signs from these people, there is no communcation at all, and this DAN guy they have working for them is a complete *** he screwed the sign completely wrong and most of all he was very rude to my wife !!!

I won't get In to details because Its too long of a list, He must hate women or just people In general, well dude your In the wrong business!!! I cannot believe I heard him call a customer a dumb f bomb word I was shock, I mean who Is this guy???? Now, I will say this anytime you run a small business like this and you act like *** you will always get in return with what comes around will always go around. Fast Signs on Broadway ripped us off and will never return there and I am getting the word out..

Dan your a loser and pathetic, the way you treat your customers/people you a miserable angry Individual period!!!

BAD BUSINES ALWAYS BITES BACK!!! I regret it, but live and learn..

First of all, this company wont tell you anything without getting a deposit of half the cost of the projected work. Probably because people haven't been satisfied...

After giving the deposit, the company shows me what they've been working so hard on... And it was clipart! There was no hand design whatsoever. Nothing custom.

It was completely generic and not original. When you consult with them, they don't tell you this obviously... but it cost me $2,100 just to find out they used generic clipart which I could have just gotten off the computer for free. After 18 months and many extremely RUDE emails from the company, they refused to give me my money back, even though they hadn't put any work into the project besides a couple clipart graphics...

He was completely aware of my dissatisfaction and blatantly told he me didn't care. His emails were extremely long winded and increasingly rude, even from the very beginning. He was completely unprofessional and the entire consult was misleading. After 18 months, rude emails, and $2,100...

he ended up sending me to a collection agency for an ADDITIONAL $400 for "all the time they spent"...

After all is said and done, I ended up with no logo and no refund. I've never been so dissatisfied in all my life!
