My name is Kymmollotkis Mason, Executive Director of Youth of Promise. I purchased a window cling from FastSigns and picked it up last week.

Lindsey provided me instructions on how to apply it. However, I couldnt remember all the instructions she gave me because I wasnt trying to apply it same day. So, I emailed on 6/21 to get instructions and got one response. So today, 6/23, I called and spoke with Rochelle and tried to get instructions and she said that all she could email me was something about the masking side but I probably wouldnt know what side that is but I can come in and she can show me.

I explain that I work a full-time job along with running a nonprofit organization and I am not taking time out of my workday to come up there for something that she can email me. She said that yall offer installation and I advised that I was not paying $125 for someone to put a sticker on our door. Im very frustrated with this company and as I told her you all will no longer get my business.

This seems like a sales tactic to make people pay the $125 and has a nonprofit organization. I am very disgusted and that installation fee is not in our budget.

Preferred solution: Instructions on how to apply the sign

I went to two different locations. The first one at 6601 Veterans Blvd, Metairie, LA on March 16, 2018.

I email and called a couple of times and I was told they were working on my quote told is April 23 and I still haven’t heard back. On April 13 I went to the second location 3001 Tulane Ave, New Orleans, LA as of today I still haven’t heard back from this location either.

If you can’t or don’t want to do business with a customer say that upfront. Very unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend this company to any of my business colleagues.

Ordered vinyl signs for my van.Nothing complicated, just my website and phone number.

Kaitlyn received the order, but didn't put it right and went to vacation.

Paula was next person, very hard to get to.Had to stop by again to explain what I need. She wrote everything down.

Whole process takes more than 2 weeks.

Well, yesterday I got email from her to pick up my order.

Guess what: 2 persons (Kaitlyn got back from vacation) wrote order down, took measurements , took a pictures of the van.

Still made it wrong size!!!

Never go to FastSign!!!

You will regret if you go to Milford fast sign. You will pay more than double and they take too long to finish the job. Inhospitable environment and unfriendly people

First of all, I will say this! DO NOT have them create any signs from these people, there is no communcation at all, and this DAN guy they have working for them is a complete *** he screwed the sign completely wrong and most of all he was very rude to my wife !!!

I won't get In to details because Its too long of a list, He must hate women or just people In general, well dude your In the wrong business!!! I cannot believe I heard him call a customer a dumb f bomb word I was shock, I mean who Is this guy???? RUDE and Zero Concern for Customer Satisfaction!!

First of all, this company wont tell you anything without getting a deposit of half the cost of the projected work. Probably because people haven't been satisfied...

After giving the deposit, the company shows me what they've been working so hard on... And it was clipart! There was no hand design whatsoever. Nothing custom.

It was completely generic and not original. When you consult with them, they don't tell you this obviously... but it cost me $2,100 just to find out they used generic clipart which I could have just gotten off the computer for free. After 18 months and many extremely RUDE emails from the company, they refused to give me my money back, even though they hadn't put any work into the project besides a couple clipart graphics...

He was completely aware of my dissatisfaction and blatantly told he me didn't care. His emails were extremely long winded and increasingly rude, even from the very beginning. He was completely unprofessional and the entire consult was misleading. After 18 months, rude emails, and $2,100...

he ended up sending me to a collection agency for an ADDITIONAL $400 for "all the time they spent"...

After all is said and done, I ended up with no logo and no refund. I've never been so dissatisfied in all my life!
