Doc didn’t come to appointment
Appointment was for 3:59. Sat there waiting until 5:15pm and still had not been seen.
This place sucks in every way! Horrible service, expensive, long waits. They need to go out of business.
Ive never been this disappointed in an urgent care facility. And, they consistently are horrible its not a one off issue - its an all the time issue.
User's recommendation: Do not go to ANY fast pace urgent care

The actual physical location staff is absolutely wonderful. The billing department is horrible!
Do not use your card online to pay a copay; they will keep it on file even if you select for them not to, and they will charge it. If you have an issue with your bill, you'll never get anyone to contact you in regard to fixing it. I had an error with my insurance which was promptly fixed but resulted in a claim being denied, and they billed me directly. Once I found out, I contacted them to let them know what happened, and they are refusing to refile the claim.
Even my insurance company is saying to resubmit the claim, but they won't. Now they have charged my card $250, which was not authorized. I had to turn off every card that was used previously for copays due to them trying to pull more. You can't get anyone to help.
The only way to get to a person is through the chat, which takes two days for responses.
It takes a week for a conversation. This seems to be a common issue from what I've been seeing, which I think is more of a scam since they get more from the patient this way instead of through insurance.
- Physical location staff is great
- Billing and communication horrible
Preferred solution: Full refund
Huge bill MONTHS after being seen
I received a HUGH bill months after being seen. I can never get anyone on the phone!
The weird part is that my deductible had already been met the months they are billing for. They really need to work on their customer service!!
Which is so sad because the physical office was amazing! The staff was amazing but we will not be going back due to horrible customer service.

Verified Reviewer |Insurance was not bill correctly
Whoever billed my insurance the first time must not have known how. I talked to the receptionist at a fast pace and gave her the correct ID number and found it was entered incorrectly.
Now, I'm receiving collection letters saying I owe $750 when I paid the $20.00 copay.
If it's not being billed accurately, how are they determining what to pay in co-pay? Please help me understand.

For one what's the point in making an appointment if we still have to wait in the waiting room for over an hour?!?! On top of the are letting walk-ins go in front of us when I've had my daughter's appointment scheduled since 9 this morning?!?!
This has become the worst doctor's office in Henderson by far!! Really need to get some people that know how to run an establishment in here. I've been coming here for years but you best believe when I get home I will be changing doctors offices today and will NEVER even consider coming to this office again!
Been sitting here over an hour just to *** in a cup... ridiculous!!
- Unknowledgeable
- Ride
- Let walk-ins go in front of appointments
Preferred solution: Someone who knows how to run this establishment!!

Billing
I had taken my son in for a sprained ankle. I was then told that he could be seen by an orthopedic doctor there.
At his third appointment, they refused to see him because of an outstanding balance of 260.00. I did not know of this balance and I checked all of my e-mails including spam e-mails. I rescheduled, but cancelled because with my insurance, my son can be seen by a specialist for 50.00. I didnt know that being seen by an orthopedic doctor at fast pace would be charged as urgent care.
Two weeks later, 526.00 was taken out of my bank using my debit card. I called billing. They stated they had sent multiple e-mails. They had not.
I had also not received bills in the mail. I told them I had not authorized these transactions. They refused to speak with me about refunding my money, but told me to contact my insurance company. My insurance company is not the issue.
Fast Pace took money from my account without my authorization. Thats stealing. I will never use this business again.
I changed my debit card, filed a complaint with the BBB, and disputed the funds with my bank. Fast Pace is a fraud.
User's recommendation: Do not leave banking information on file.

Verified ReviewerWouldn't accept walk-ins after 5pm, 3 hours before close
They told me "she wasn't accepting anymore walk-ins". Please tell me why a walk-in urgent clinic can't accept walk-ins 3 hours before close!? They close at 8.

Verified Reviewer |Not accepting walk-ins 3 hours before close!
Exactly what the subject states. They close at 8pm on Fridays and she told me "she" is not accepting anymore walk-ins.
What kind of walk-in urgent care clinic doesn't accept walk-ins 3 hours before they close with 1 person in the lobby???
Completely ridiculous and lazy if you ask me. How can you refuse health care like that, you all should be completely ashamed of your so called "Doctor" selves denying care 3 hours before close when you are a walk-in clinic.
Preferred solution: Fix this major flap that makes 0 sense.

Not impressed with service
I went in last Saturday, I knew I had fluid in my ears, sinus pressure, headache, and 99.2 fever on Friday night, and a sour throat, coughing up yellow and green mucus.
I was told I had no fluid in my ears and a sore throat due to constant coughing. I was prescribed a pill for cough and over the counter Musanex.
I had a flu and Covid test both were negative.
I did call back on Monday, they said I would have to go in to get reevaluate. This to me was totally insane, as the doctor saw I was sick and did not treat my illness properly.
Monday I was feeling worse so I went to Ochsner which was booked and they sent me to the urgent care next to them.
I was able to see a doctor there who said I had a pretty severe sinus infection. He did give me an antibiotic .
The next day the office even called me back to see how I was feeling.
I am 65 and know when I am sick I had been fighting it for a week. I knew I needed help.
I do not run to the doctor for every illness I get.
I will never go to your clinic again, she was a young doctor strutting her stuff and determined to know more about me than I did
Thanks for Listening
