Crooks and unprofessional

This is one of the most useless companies in PG county and they need to be reported. Fastlane towed my car illegally and when I spoke to their representative, he said his name was Terry but he was really terrible.
This guy Terry cursed me and hung up the phone on me just because I disagree with his explanation. This guy said I should get someone else to call for my car because he is not going to speak to me regarding my car even when he was the one cursing and acting unprofessional.

Fast lane towing in VA damaged my car!

These jerks run their business out of their employee's cars. They seem to be able to charge whatever they want for recovery, because they only take cash after dark, and heaven forbid you want to use a card during the day to get your car back.
Also, my car was damaged from their valiant fervor to tow it, and they refused to give me their company's insurance information so I could file a claim. Instead I HAD to go through my insurance company. They also took my parking pass OUT OF MY CAR, along with an mp3 player. PRAY you never get towed by these jerks.
The VA branch is impossible to find, out in a back lot, down a gravel road. The gravel is probably what caused the damage to my car.
Fastlane towed my car while it had a visitors pass in it and was parked in the visitor area. I wrote my county executive about this.
I hope that everyone here who has a complaint against this shady company realizes that the pen is as mighty as a sword.
Put that pen to paper and complain to someone who can make a difference--not just to some website. There is weight in numbers because this company should have BEEN put out of business!

Looking to use a towing company in the Manassas area and I rely on reviews. But to be honest, Fastlane Towing and Recovery doesn't even exist.
Who are you guys complaining about? Beginning to doubt this entire website.
Have you ever heard of Lincoln Park Towing in Chicago? They are so bad they even wrote a song about them.
It would cost a lot more than $50 bucks to drop your car. Talk about crooks!!
Is towing my son's vehicle from the apartment complex where we reside, with the appropriate decal displayed, refusing to accept a credit card (which is illegal on their part) in broad daylight when there is MORE than ample parking is a JOB? Not to mention, when we went to pick up the vehicle, after the company representative refused to accept our credit card my son drove his vehicle OFF their lot so the representative jumps in front of my car holding me against my will, WHY?
as far as i know its Not illegal for them to not take a credit card not all places have a credit machine. They had no right to hold u there but ur son did something its called Theft and he could hhave gone to jail. What should of happened is get the money out of an atm pay the fee then take them to court if they towed it for no reason

People never wanna take responsibility for there own actions. We use Fast Lane Towing because people are illegally parking in our lot.
These guys are just doing there jobs. STOP PARKING WHERE THERE ARE SIGNS SAYING "IF YOU PARK HERE YOU WILL BE TOWED." Or get towed and pay the price......
