Extremely unprofessional

I'm so glad I read the review of the person who lost money to this guy and complained that he gets high on the job. I can relate to a very negative experience. The guy is rude, aggressive, unprofessional, spiteful and a liar! God forbid you have interact with him after rescheduling an appointment with him. He won't remember the details and he'll get vindictive when you contradict his version with the real truth...then he'll hang up on you. He'll twist the story to make you out to be the bad one. He has no business dealing with the public or being in business.

Shady business at Fast Glass (long beach, ca)

I would think twice about having these guys work on or at your home! The owner Loren gets high on the job which could potentially be a huge liability. I paid for the job ( recipt in hand ) and he swore up and down he was never paid.. Long story short, I will never consider using fast glass ever again! Not just because of the incident but also the fact that they pretend to be nice and laid back. But when it comes down to it. He is just an up tight ***...pardon my French. Some times a cheap quick fix is exactly that.
