A crazy lady
- - Staff showed attitude and poor service.
- - The saw had a defective battery and no charger.
- - The return involved a 20-minute wait and rude comments.
Every time I come here these people have an attitude every time I come. I bought a saw there yesterday not only did the saw not work the battery it came with was also defective and it was supposed to come with a charger.
When I brought it back the very next day to the chola manager who refuses to share her name that sold it to me.
Kept me waiting 20 minutes and heard her complain in the back that she wanted to go home, i was told "sucks for you", " too bad" and that it was my fault for not "trying the saw out in the middle of the store first". I spent over $100 there yesterday and planned on spending almost $300 on a different saw today but I'd rather throw my money in the trash can than have to gaze upon that lowly wildebeast of a manager again

Rude disrespectful employees

The store manager is so rude at 88th and York in Denver I couldn't believe how she didn't care what we had to say and was literally the rudest human if she hated her job she shouldn't work there. We talked to corporate to inform them of the situation they at least handled everything very well and were super nice

You sound honest and respectful. In a perfect world your return would be honored.
However, employees at pawn shops (and other places grouped in) have become desensitized due to 80% of the daily clientele. The typical customer doesn’t have ID to pawn something, (or cash that check at Walmart), didn’t pass the physical to sell their plasma, didn’t get their oxycodone early refill for third monthly vacation in a row and lost their EBT (welfare) card for groceries but isn’t allowed to use “their number” written on a piece of scrap paper.
As a result, they are mad at the world and don’t hesitate to go off on the previously mentioned employees when told no. It may cost more at HF, but your sanity will thank you.
