The item is very small. Too small to be able to wear and I am unable to exchange or return
Im very upset. It did not specify that this was a final sale when I purchased item.
Now I cant even exchange it for something that fits properly or be able to return it.
Its not a stretchy material
Like it was mentioned in the description. Never will I buy again from Fashion Nova.

Return policy
They emailed me again, not offering a solution or apology, but to tell me that my items haven't been received. It's as if multiple people are receiving my emails but not reading the previous messages.
I'm explaining myself over and over and over again. So frustrated right now.
This is fashion nova, not fashion os. I returned an order.
The receipt says my package was delivered. I returned multiple orders but was only credited for one order!! Fashion Nova is declining crediting me a gift card for my returned items.
They, instead, told me to check my tracking number and to give them additional time to process my other returns. How can you tell me the other items didn't arrive but you credited me for another order that was in the same package!!!

They never sent me a receipt for my order. I purchase 2 dresses they are too small
As I explained to the chat person Emma, the size I have does not fit true to it's size. I brought 2 dresses 1)one White dress and 2)one black and white dress.
I would like to Change it to the next size. I purchase a all black dress previous to the 2 I brought and got a receipt. In this order which I received Friday, I never got a receipt. All I want to do is exchange them to a bigger Size, but how can I exchange them when you given me no receipt in the package.
I never experience this before.
Please forward me a receipt so I can.send the dresses back for a bigger size. Thanking you in advance

I ordered 2 different dresses from this website that were supposed to be custom made and when I received the dresses they looked like garbage(in nicer terms). They wanted picture after picture to show that the dresses were not what I ordered.
I had to open a dispute through Pay pal to even get their attention. They then only reimbursed me half my money to take them to a tailor and have them fixed. I don't even want to I want to throw this *** in the trash.
Don't buy from this company. I hope they shut down for good.

hi can you post a picture of what you asked for and what you received. I have been trying to find reviews for this site but yours is the only negative one I've seen. I dont always trust positive reviews as they could be staged.
