I bought a handbag for my wife as a gift it was supposed to be delivered on the 13th but I needed it quicker so I had an expedited. after receiving the bag it was too small my wife didn't like it so I check to see if anybody else would want it as a christmas gift.
no one wanted it so I called customer service to return it because my 14 day trial wasn't up yet.
they told me I couldn't return it because it wasn't a 14-day free trial you had 14 days after ordering it. customer service also told me they didn't care if I received it 15 days after ordering it they still would have charged me sight unseen.
