Good day, this is a store complaint of one of your sister stores (Fashion Express/ Fix It) in Capegate centre. They are not representing the Fpschini group/brand very well at all. Firstly I was appalled at their attire, and second their customer services etiquette is atrocious. My daughter was in the store yesterday regarding a lay bye that she made. The scene plays out like this. She was pick pocketed on Saturday and her purse was obviously taken with all her slips and cards in it. She thus came to the store to explain that she had lost all her stuff and needed to take out her laybye which is due to expire now. The unwillingness to help her and when it was her turn in the line to be helped she was told to step aside and wait while other customers were assisted. Then when they eventually assisted her they made it out as if it was her fault, They did not even have a copy of the laybye slip for the store purposes. Does the store not keep a copy for their record when a laybye is done. I think because my daughter was young they took a chance with her, I unfortunately could not be there to assist her as this would have escalated rudely. I am recovering from a knee operation. I was shamed to be called a coloured as this paints us in a bad way. Customers, regardless of age/race/gender should be treated with respect and dignity. We make the business and your staff should be trained properly how to deal with queries. At this point I just want my daughter's money to be refunded of what she has paid in. Courtesy, respect goes a long way. I deal with clients daily and can't treat them in an unprofessional way as I represent the company I work for. I am not sure where the manager was, but please ADDRESS THIS URGENTLY!!!!

Damage Boot Exchange Review
On the 23/06/14 I went to fashion exprer in Guguletu to exchange damage boot which I bought on 23/06, Store manager Sasa refused to exchange it. She said I must watch where I'm walking with their boot. She continues embarassing and undermining me saying I mustnt walk on top of stones, she said she won't exchange it as I'm the reason for the boo being damange underneath. I paid R340 for that boot and it only last me for 3 weeks. I cannot throw away R340 as she suggested. I was so disappointed from the poor service I got from the store as I expected better service especial from the store manager. All I need is the credit as I already boughu another boot.
