Melinda Eugene was so very helpful. When i called she immediately recognized there was a system order, corrected the issue and expressed my order to me.

I wish i would have spoken with her the first time. Thank you.

My name is Alita Barbee. I placed a paint order on June 24th 2023, I left messages, this is my second email and I spoke to a representative at (1-88*-***-****) last week Thursday (July 13, 2023)who said I should receive my tracking number by July 14th.

I have not received any communication at all regarding my purchase which totaled to $413.40.

My project at home as been delayed and I have paid my contractors.
Please advise where my order is. Im hoping I receive a timely response and I dont have to get my lawyer involved or file a business complaint for no response to my 2nd email.
