Appalling aftercare service
- - Bought 3 Pro Elec ACs; one used, marked.
- - A second was damaged; replacement arrived damaged.
- - Model not stocked; similar 14000 BTU costs £72 more.
Brought 3 Pro Elec air con units to get cheaper price. One appeared used with marks on the outer plastic.
(Which I kept). The other unit was damaged, too much for me to even accept. After 3 separate phone calls managed to get the damaged one returned and had to pay out for another to be replaced. Replacement received, and damaged again.
Also with E1 error code too.
Now, the model is not stocked and discontinued. Not only CPC Farnell will replace with model of similar spec. There is a model of similar spec different brand same 14000 Btu. £72 difference and the company would not even offer a slight discount or contribution.
Even after 2 weeks of during the hottest time I have now been inconvenienced.
NO customer service whatsoever. Dont use!!!
User's recommendation: DO NOT USE
