Lost farm can't reach anyone
I have requested help numerous times to retrieve a lost farm. I called and could not get a human on the phone.
When I asked for help online, I got generic answers back. I still have not got my farm back.

Lost farm
The worst I had 2 high level farms...had broken device lost one farm asked for help numerous times online only to get a generic response called 800 number only to get hung up on no real person
I have lost a farm requested help numerous times can not reach anyone to help me retrieve it...worst customer service ever in my experience...not a real human available to talk to and only generic answers back wen asking for help online..

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They updated the App & gave me free game gadgets
