SCAMMED
- - Card payment failed; they sent wire instructions and a second invoice claiming I was hacked, with my email accessed from NJ, costing $2,500.
SCAM ALERT I tried to buy from these guys and they told me my card would not go through so they sent me wire instructions. with their invoice.
Then played the what are you talking about.. sending me a new wire instruction invoice, claiming I must have been hacked. started having issues with my email.. sure enough someone from New Jersey in their town was logging into my email.
I'm out 2,500 bucks and these guys are still crooks! Claiming to be an American company...smh BEWARE111

Terrible Customer Service
- - Bought two; shipping was $30.
- - I asked to change shipping or cancel.
- - No reply; they sent another email.
- - I am disabled on a fixed income.
I bought two of these and they are cheap enough but immediately after seeing the shipping was 30 dollars I responded to their email (which said reply to this email for any problems) I responded within ten minutes to see if I could change the shipping options or cancel the order. I explained to them that I am disabled and on a small fixed income and had no idea the end total would be so expensive and could I cancel or change the shipping.
They never responded they sent me another involve email as though I never even contacted them.
Go out and find a similar product that doesn't require shipping. This company sucks.

Milk Crate Vinyl Storage in Farmplast S-Crates

If you check the attached photo, the rounded corners on the interior make it a very poor choice for storing LPs. Also, though the crates are sturdy, they still sag when stacked on their side an full of vinyl.
While you can return the crates for a refund, the cheapest shipping cost offered by UPS is around $10 for a single crate. It was going to cost me $102 to ship back the 9 crates I had ordered in their original boxes, two with 4 crates and one with 1 crate (shipping to me was $46). The cost of the 9 crates was $150 so it;s pointless to return them.
Buyer beware if you buy these for vinyl storage ... poor choice.
