I bought a 1000 dollar reclainer for my husband who has had a stroke. It quit working only 9 months later, on November 15, 2033.
I contacted the store. I have called multiple times, with no action. Now retired, I am on limited funds and must buy a new one. I paid cash for the one I bought from Farmers Furniture!
I will never do business with them again!
They don't stand behind their product. Everyone in my neighborhood thinks they are awful!
Preferred solution: A new chair! Or my 1000’dollars back

Positivity, Vibing Higher
I purchased a zero turn mower to be able to continue mowing the cemetery where my mother's buried. Even though my credit is shot and wasn't a high enough rating to really move forward anywhere else these people still helped me out.
They've always been up most respectful and informative with my options about late payments or what have you! I would definitely go to this store for future purchases !!

I am not satisfied. I purchased the mattresses which they rolled up before my warranty expired.
It took over a month for them to get another mattress. The same thing happened when I went back.
They told me there's nothing they can do because the warranty is no longer valid. So, I'm still paying for a mattress that I'm not satisfied with.
Preferred solution: I hit the wrong button I would like a full refund

Approximately eighteen months ago, my partner and I purchased an entire living room set from your store. Unfortunately, the recliner requires support to prevent it from falling backward, and despite reporting this issue, no one ever came to inspect it.
When we contacted your customer service, we were informed that you no longer do business with the merchant and that we should contact them directly. This is quite concerning considering the significant amount of money we have spent at your store.
Furthermore, I recently purchased what I believed to be a sturdy piece of furniture, but unfortunately, it is not
Despite multiple requests, no one has came to inspect this issue until 9/11/2024. I am shocked that your service team visited my house four times in one week asking for payment for the couch I myself had to purchase because no action had been taken to resolve the prior issues with our brand new couch.
Until these issues are satisfactorily addressed and my furniture is repaired or replaced, I will not be making any further payments. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing furniture from your store based on my experience.
We also purchased a wagon for our toddler.
The door has never worked properly. I'm gonna post a video.

. I bought a mattress that was unsatisfactory.
I asked the manager if he could please exchange it for me. He stated that he couldn't resell a used mattress but that I could just jump on it !
I guess he was telling me that he had my money and there was nothing i could do about it, and since i had a mattress that I couldnt sleep on, that I should just use it for a trampoline. This is a Farmers furniture store in Southwest Georgia.
