Hired a "contractor" to do work and work was terrible. Was provided with COI that listed farmer brown insurance.
Sent email and called and was told insured had to make claim. In the meantime I began receiving threatening emails from a service rep who accused me of making false claims in the past and stated " go ahead, make a claim but I promise you it will be denied".
Called and registered a formal complaint and was told this service rep had zero authority to make any of these statements or decisions. Still looking into the connection between this service rep and said company.
