I just placed a 245 GBP order in my back office and it just disappeared and not showing in my back office. The money came out of my bank account. There is no working UK customer service number I have received any response from email that Pissed consumer sent to Farmasi on my behalf.

Missing items
- - Promo offered a free bundle with a $50+.
- - I couldn't select the bundle at checkout; it would be added.
- - Order 1495**** arrived without the bundle.
I ordered my products when there was a deal going on, where you get a free bundle with a purchase of $50 or more. However, when I placed the order, I didn't get the option to select the bundle, so my Farmasi sponsor told me to contact customer service.
I called customer service maybe 3 minutes after I placed my order and explained it to them. They said they added my bundle to my order and that it would be with my order. However, my order showed up today and the bundle is not with it. My sponsor told me to contact you guys again because I should have the free bundle with the order.
Part of why I placed an order over $50 was to get that bundle because it was the last day to get it, so I'm a bit bummed it didn't come even after reaching out to customer service twice. My order number was 1495****.

My name is Taline Hajjar, and recently I've seen on facebook a remote position to work for your company in anywhere in the world.
And it seems that those girls are arabian likewise.
The problem is I want to make sure that you are aware of these posts and whatsapp groups they are doing under your company's name, and they are not a scam since many girls are applying and have started working and I want to.
To be honest with you, I'm afraid if this is a scam or not. I hope you can give me some relief in this matter, and reply to me as soon as possible before I do my 1st order.
