I am missing part of my order and they refuse correct this issue. They very poor customer service. Worst company I have every dealt with.
Don't use this company.
We have emailed back and forth, and they say they want to help. They continue to say I received the items, which I did not.

Makes fraudulent purchases through the Shop app
- - Farmacy charged my card via the Shop app for an item I didn't buy.
- - I haven't received a refund after returning the item.
Farmacy charged my credit card through the Shop app for an item I never purchased. I have not been able to get anyone from the company on the phone to correct this error.
Shop has been negligent in their resolution of this problem. Even after I return the item that I never wanted they still have not refunded my money.
