The last 3 deliveries I did not get the email from you to customize my box. I would appreciate having the emails reinstated.

I love their fresh, organic produce and variety. Love the IDEA of delivery to my door. A bit pricey, but it saves me from a store trip.

BUT...I tried them before, and they just couldn't seem to find my door - time after time. So it was worst than a waste. I finally had to cancel.

I tried again - the IDEA is so good. Now they find my door, but the just insist on placing stacked-up, heavy boxes right in front of my screen. It's bending my screen. The last two deliveries, I got full of ants - which may have been in their boxes, or may have attracted them as they sat outside all night.

BUT...the KILLER is ... I've written them abut this twice already, and they don't even given the decency of a response to a customer.

It appears that they really don't care at all about their own customers, even with a logical, specific request - on top of that they really ought to train their delivery people not to block people inside their homes. It's common sense!

I'm done - cancelling again. Two tries is one try too many - the company doesn't care.

4/6/18 - Farm Fresh in Hampton, Va. (just outside Phoebus) big sign posted "up to 30% off: - not a single item in the store at 30% off.

Also I noticed all the price tags were new.

Spoke to an employee & a manager who told me the new tags were put up within the last few days & they were marked up. So the consumer thinks they are getting a bargain when they really are not.

WAKE UP AMERIKA!!!!

I do not shop at Farm Fresh because I have found their prices to be higher than other supermarkets. Even at a 40% discount (which will most certainly happen the closer to closing day) I can still find most products cheaper elsewhere.

In this weeks sale most things that are on sale you have to buy 5, why would I buy 5 of something just to get the sale price when I can just go to their competitor and get the sale price for the same thing without having to buy 5? I will not shop there this week .

I really don`t have much more to say about this matter,Farm fresh will be losing a lot of business with deals like that.I would close this however you have to have at least 100 words in you`r complaint before it will even go threw, whats with that? all for now I have at least 100 words now.

The farm fresh on Chatham dr in newport news va....the manager whose name is Ola.....is very rude and nasty...i can promise i will not spend another dollar in that store as long as she is there...she definitely needs customer service training!!

They won't cancel my service. I've emailed, they've confirmed, and they keep up the service. And no humans exist over there to respond to anything

I bought a #50lb. Bag of potatoes.

I only grocery shop once a month. I buy enough to get thru til next month. The potatoes I bought were horrible. They were soft, and were black spotted throughout the potatoes.

When cooked they looked bad and the flavor was even worse.I don't know what had happened to them. I have already gone through over half the bag. I am on limited income and when I shop, on shopping day is all the money I have to spend til next month, I am upset that the potatoes i nought would be good. They looked good through the bag, but they were really tough.

I have to be extra careful when buying things to eat because we have trouble eating. If things are tough, hard to chew or *** off. We cannot eat it. I don't like to complain but I have to make every penny count..

as you can see by this picture I am telling the truth about buying these potatoes. My husband gets really upset with me when he thinks I have wasted his money.

Rep came to my office health fair. I walked up wanting more info.

Rep gave me the low down. I asked her for a flyer to look into them. She pulls out an IPAD and says she can sign me up right there. gave her my info including address because she said it was needed.

Then she asked me for a credit card. I said I just wanted info and I needed to discuss w my husband. She said the card was required and I wouldn't get a delivery unless I went online and made selections. I told her I didn't have a card on me.

she insisted it was no problem to walk back to my desk to get it. She was very pushy and said she had helped other co workers of mine and it was no problem. We walk back to my desk and she swipes my card. Im such an ***!

Again I told her I don't want the service. she said don't worry, I wouldn't get anything until I set up a password and made selections. I look at their reviews online and noticed a bunch of negative reviews. I decided against using them.

I thought I was oK by not making any selections online.

week later a *** box shows up on my door. I did not want a delivery. I don't even have room in my fridge for it because I wasn't expecting it.

I sent them an email to cancel my card and called them today asking them to pick up their produce box and give me a refund. she said my card had not been charged and the account I never set up was cancelled. I will watch my card to make sure I don't get charged. SHADY *** PEOPLE!

that rep should be fired. Im making sure my company does not invite them to our next health fair event.

Farm Fresh To You kiosks in Valley Fair mall uses manipulative and deceitful sales tactics to sign you up for their program. I stopped by to check them out because I am interested in the fresh movement and going organic and what not.

The sales man immediately started filling out a form for me and refused to give me the website information but said to just fill out the form. I told him I didn't want to sign up because I'm in college and live with 6 other people and that we don't want this service. I literally told him I'm not going to sign and walked away, he would not leave me alone and persisted that I just put my e-mail down and that I wouldn't get charged for anything just get some more information.

Low and behold I got a $25 box delivered to my house yesterday and I called their account people and they told me that once I signed the contract I agreed to get deliveries. Literally this is a scam and never sign up for it, I will be protesting them at Valley Fair.
