Their attorney has asked the judge for an injunction against me to not tell anyone the things they did to me or call them names I would go to jail. I see a civil rights case here...so for now I cannot complain.

What have you experienced dealing with Farm Credit? They tell you to stop making payments then deny they said it and their attorney reminds the court all agreements have to be in wrting.... Farm Credit has relationship with seller, high appraisals by their hand picked appraisers, dual tracking, No Truth in Lending Statements, Concealed assignments, Deceiving trusting borrowers with Verbal agreements then perjuring themselves about them, changing terms(fixed to balloon ARM), calling you for modifications then writing them up as new loans for commissions for themselves, fraudulent notorized and unnotorized papers, inducement and pressure to sign paperwork you felt was wrong, rude employees, raising interest rate on distressed loans, lied about delivering hand delivered notices, turned off online banking during holidays then charged late fees, lots of attorney fees, appraisal fraud and appraising several times and charging you, dirty attorney filing fraudulent allonges, inducement, bait and switch, concealment, fraud on the court, foreclosure fraud, attorney and FC doing exact same thing with foreclosure after foreclosure after foreclosure, etc????

They got an injunction against me about giving bad reviews... even though it is all true...
if possible please remove my complaint until I prove these allegations are true. It seems their only defense is to shut up all accusers.
