My name is Cheryl Squire, a very disgruntled and annoyed person trying to use your services, which feels like pulling teeth! Going on 3 days now (it's after 1 am), so practically 3 days I've been having these back-and-forth interactions that have been driving me mad!

And I know this is also a waste of time because if you guys don't respond to emails, you're gonna respond to a text? I've sent over 6 emails and none have received a response. I booked a promotional flight (worst mistake!) from Vancouver to Dubai for $500+ US. At first, I was told to confirm all information so that the flight could be confirmed, then I was called and told it was not confirmed.

Then I was told it's on standby and I need to pay an additional $500+ US as per my conversation with the person that called me, and then was sent a link to pay the additional $500+ US. When I clicked on the link, it was requesting $1,100 instead of the agreed $500+, so obviously, I was also being charged for the $500+ that was initially paid already. What kind of party shop business is this? Employees are disrespectful, cut you off in mid-sentence.

When you ask if you can be allowed to speak, they are telling you no. If you ask them a question, they tell you what they want to tell you and state that you're the one that needs to listen. They hang up on you in the middle of the conversation. This is the worst booking I've ever had to go through in my entire life.

Thanks for the hell-on-earth experience. I know this will do no good, and I'm doing nothing but wasting my damn time.

Fake company!! They tried to make me pay double the price I initially paid for the tickets, otherwise they will not issue the tickets. They were yelling and even threatening me.

Never got the actual tickets. Had to purchase them somewhere else.

Scam! Stay away from this company Fareporto.Com and SmartCheapFares.com.

Its same company using strong arm tactics to get peoples money. They bait you with lower rate but never give you a confirmation until you are forced to contact them. Then the dance starts and dont dont let you pay for the fare you just purchased online, they add all kinds of fees until they meet their quote.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM they should be investigated for their tactics. I plan on continuing to take this matter as high as possible until these people are forced to chance how they do business and introduce ethics into their businesses.
