I booked an online round trip flight from Bangkok to Hong Kong Nov. 3 - 8 on Oct 30th, 2023 using OneTravel using my debit card.

10,649.22 Thai Baht was withdrawn by OneTravel. 3 minutes later I received an email stating that the payment was declined. As they already had the money and I had confirmation of the transaction I was immediately suspicious. A few hours later I received another email also stating "payment declined".

A few hours later my banking mobile app. alerted me to three withdrawals by OneTravel for an additional sum of 12,875.64 Thai Baht. I immediately contacted OneTravel and they ran me around in circles after endless emails to them and the "billing department" after 10 emails and having acknowledged both their mistake and my " bank statement" asked me to set up a conference call with myself, my bank and them. That is a ludicrous and probably illegal request and they have lied about trying to call me as I have received none of the alleged calls that claim to have made.

This company used a "bait and switch" method in offering a flight for 10,649.72 Baht and then charging more , they entered my bank account without authorization and withdrew an additional 12,875.64 Baht and refuse to refund any money to me. This is blatant theft and deceit amongst many other things

We ordered a plane ticket from their website. Everything was paid for with confirmation.

A few minutes after the purchase, we get a call from them and they said there are restrictions for the return ticket we purchased and that they will have to upgrade the ticket so that we can get a choice of seating, flexibility, baggage and other amenities, and that it will be $250. We continue to argue and they decided to lower it to $120. We agreed to it and they started asking us to send them pictures of our ID and credit card. We refused because we thought it was weird that they would ask for that.

I asked to cancel the entire flight. They refused to cancel the ticket. They started harassing us by constantly calling. A few hours later, we called back to see if the departure ticket was still active since we never received any etickets.

I get transferred to the same representative and he assured me that the departure ticket was good and for me to confirm. I confirmed it. 20minutes later, he calls back and tells us the departure ticket we agreed upon isnt available anymore and that we have to pay an additional $400 as an upgrade for them to get us a different flight. We already paid $415 for departure ticket and $399 for return ticket.

They already took the money from our account. I told them to cancel everything and they refused again. Finally they said they will cancel our ticket but will take $200 cancellation fee. They are unprofessional, scammers and extortionists.

They should not be allowed to be in business.

Its not right for anyone who uses them. We want our money back from them.

0 STARS...PLEASE RUN THE OTHER WAY. THIS COMPANY WILL SELL YOU TICKETS THAT DON'T EXIST WITH THE AIRLINE AND TRY TO UPSELL TO PAY MORE THAN THE ACTUAL AIRLINE CHARGES And CANCEL YOUR FAKE BOOKING WITH AND PULL YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU DON'T UPGRADE YOUR TICKETS.

THIS COMPANY USED SCARE TACTICS IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET ME TO AGREE TO AN EXTRA $200 PP FOR 6 PEOPLE TELLING ME MY MINOR CHILDREN WOULD BE SEPARATED FROM ME ON THE PLANE IF I DIDN'T AGREE TO ANOTHER $200 PP AFTER ALREADY PAYING THEM $2100.

****The customer service consists of two people who pass the phone back and forth, berating the customer until they hang up.****PLEASE DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW USING THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.****

Very disappointed in this travel page if i could give a 0 starts i would. i bought 4 tickets and i receive a call telling me that they have to confirm all the info and send it to the airline to make sure its available.

Then they call to tell me its no longer available and the price went up $600. of course not. i accepted to pay less. they were forcing me to pay more then what was on there page.

i told them to cancell it but they said they cant i need to buy one full price ticket to cancell. so i requested my tickets since they were not even processed yet.. very bad please dont fall. i strongly belive its a SCAM.
