J'ai acheté un vol aller-retour au prix de 442,48 $ Montréal Quito. Puis j'ai eu un téléphone m'indiquant que l'on ne pouvait pas me confirmer un vol retour à la date choisie.

Je voulais donc annuler mon vol, mais ce n'est pas possible car le vol aller a été confirmé. La moindre des choses est de tout confirmer ou, si ce n'est pas possible, d'aviser le client pour lui demander son choix avant de confirmer. Non, le vol a été confirmé pour l'aller et la vente obligatoire du vol retour devient une vente forcée car on ne peut pas annuler ce qui a été confirmé. C'est illégal !

En plus de ne pas avoir de vol retour ou au double du prix indiqué, je dois payer plus cher mon vol simple et en plus payer des frais dont je ne suis pas responsable. C'est une escroquerie de votre part. 1. J'aurais dû avoir la possibilité de faire un choix avant la confirmation et 2.

Au moins, ne pas me faire payer des frais supplémentaires puisque c'est vous qui ne pouvez pas donner ce que vous avez vendu. J'espère au moins avoir un dédommagement pour tous les problèmes encourus et mon temps perdu à trouver un vol pour revenir car les vols proposés n'étaient pas possibles pour les horaires que je devais respecter à Quito. Je suis fort mécontente de vos services et je souhaite vous faire une mauvaise publicité car je considère votre attitude comme du vol.

While searching for a good airline fare on Trivago, I was somehow switched to this site. I chose a rate that met my needs and paid for it as instructed.

Immediately, the word 'Processing' appeared across the screen. I then received an email telling me it was still processing. Subsequently, I received a phone call from a representative with a foreign accent telling me that the airline I chose (American) could not provide me a seat in economy for my flight to Seattle. She stated I needed to purchase either a business or a first-class ticket.

She also told me she could get me on a Spirit flight for approximately what I had paid. I don't like Spirit because they charge even for carry-ons. She kept reassuring me that she was trying to work with me. I simply told her to cancel the whole thing.

She then informed me I would not receive the money I'd paid back, no refund at all! I told her I needed to think about what she had told me. She said she could only hold it for half an hour. I immediately called my bank to have the charge blocked and to flag it as fraud.

Beware of this company. The rates are cheap, but you can't secure them without paying a lot more money!

I purchased the extra Cancellation Protection - which clearly states "Cancellation without a fee and getting a full refund as well within 24 hours of booking"
The flight was booked online - with the optional cancelation Protection - I was contacted that the flight I wanted was full and would have to pick another flight - at which point I stated I wanted a refund - just cancel the trip
I was told - by your agent directly, that the cancellation protection worked Only from 24 hours before flight I was told this 4 times when pointing out it states clearly 24 hours from booking.
Was told many times over 20 min discussion with agent that is not how it works it is 24 hours prior and refused refund. He specifically stated that unless I accepted the new flight, I would not be able to get a refund at all.
Told me to call back to cancel the new flight.
8 more times tried to call back hung up on every time.
Finally got through 3/21/24 at 8:35AM and was put on hold for over 20 min each time and bounced to 3 different people, last one claimed to be manager and gave me the fake phone numbers.
Manager supplied wrong customer service phone number to get refund from Delta: 800-123-****
Actual customer service number is 800-221-****
When I called him on that as the wrong number he insisted it was a Special number to get a full refund.
I had already talked to Delta and they told me that the travel company was responsible for their cancellation protection and would have to issue a refund not Delta.
Your Manager, who would not share his name when asked multiple times, repeatedly defended the false number as correct and assured me that number would be the place to call number does not exist
