Get a fraud through your website
I had made a reservation on your website, then someone called me and said that they couldn't confirm my reservation as the seats were not available. There is a cancellation fee of 25%, unless I want to stay on the waiting list until the last minute or pay an additional $125 for each ticket to get my tickets right away.
The customer service agent was very rude, as he told me to learn English first before I make a booking. This is unacceptable to me, and I believe that it's not acceptable to your company either.
Preferred solution: Full refund
