Paid 10 days back fully for air tickets and confirmation number never recd. when called then got response that not confirmed.

I booked two air tickets and paid in full on July 29th, but received a response that same day when I paid indicating that the PNR number, ticket number, or confirmation of booking would be delivered 15-20 hours before departure. This is entirely mental torture.

When I called 20 hours before departure, they informed me that there was no confirmation. You can't play with our money and mess up our scheduled business travel plans. Over the phone, they indicated they would try a different ticket but it would take another two hours to confirm. I don't understand why you conduct business this way.

If you don't have proper access, a reliable platform, and efficient staff, then how do you have the rights to run such a ticketing business? This isn't a game you're playing with the majority of customers by using their advance money and not providing the confirmation of booking number within 15-20 minutes. How are you calculating fares and assuming to have confirmation through airlines? I will have to go to the business bureau to shut down this poor business practice.

Expedia, Travelocity or Hotwire are all in the same business and I've never had such issues. I also researched reviews of your company and I'm pasting one recent review below my signature. That individual also faced the same issue. It seems, you've taken the liberty to play with customer money and in the future may misuse our card information without providing confirmed tickets?

Who runs this substandard business?

If you have a legal department, then I would like to have their email. I would like to sue you for all the losses I've endured due to your poor practices and disregard for customer money and time.

Misleading with broken promises. They lead you on.... for weeks.

Farebuzz agents send you in circles, gaslight, pass on the responsibility, are misleading and at times untruthful. My flights got canceled/changed and Farebuzz downgraded my seats, even my paid upgrades were not honored with the flight changes.

The specific airlines I was flying on couldn't help and said it was up to the "booking" agency to make the corrections. I spent weeks working with Farebuzz and their postponement of confirming seats and pattern of behavior was overall unethical. Blocking my email address and disconnecting my phone calls. They didn't honor their own policies and promises that their own agents agreed too.

Very disappointed. Do not use this booking agency.

I called over 30 times and each time they put me on hold and then hung up! I'm trying to book a flight for my client and can't due to the fact of the poor customer service! Find another vendor!

Terrible Customer Service

The company books tickets and refuses to help customers when a change is needed. I called the Airline to request a change, I was referred back to FAREbuzz.

The airline would have adjusted dates had I booked directly with them. Farebuzz does not value customers and the complexity that occurs because of CoVID or emergencies that may occur in your life.

I would highly recommend you not use this agency for your travel needs. Call or book through the airline for more flexibility.

Total mess

Daughter arranged my husband's air travel through FareBuzz.

Upon check-in at home, the email link to his itinerary (with the "click here for your itinerary" button) brought him to a "search flights" page - there wasn't a flight number, airline name, ticket number, confirmation number, not anything at all regarding any info about his itinerary there, or on the initial email.

Us, and daughter called customer service, with only ringing, and disconnect. Frustrating, angering.

He checked in at the airport, was charged $30.00.

A few minutes after his check in, printing ticket, and fee - ta da- his itinerary and ticket popped up on his phone from FareBuzz.

He was told his flight would be straight through at time of booking - false. He had two layovers each way. Layovers lasting double over the time of straight through flights.

We had never heard of FareBuzz before this.

We actually had taken to only booking direct through airlines and hotels, and not 3rd parties our last few trips because of the facts that 3rd parties are rarely that much cheaper than direct bookings, and you can voice concerns, and have problems reconciled direct with hotels and airlines - not left in complete lurches with 3rd parties.

Say Nope to FareBuzz.

Book direct - know who, what, where, how much.

False advertisement MS mo sa3ad Thu 22/12/2016 04:22 We have had the most unfortunate experience using your service. It My wife and I booked tickets to go to London to visit my family and introduce our baby son to my aging father.

We bought the travel protection plan in case of an emergency. Well an emergency occurred preventing us from traveling in 2 days. When we called customer service we were shocked to find out that the travel insurance we purchased was not allowing us to receive a refund. We were informed we could reschedule with a fee.

It turned out the total cost in additional changes was over $1300 which is more than it would be to just purchase an entirely new ticket through kayak.com. We were provided false advertisement and treated unfairly in the process of our unfortunate circumstance. We are being taken advantage because we are left without a Choice . However at this point , we feel that we would rather lose the money we already spent than pay anymore money to farebuzz.

As an influential speaker I will mention my experience. We will be sure all of our family, friends, medical students and acquaintances know about our terrible experience. A former loyal customer. Dr.

Recommend stay away from this site. Received a voucher for a flight good for up to a year and they wanted me to pay an additional $200 dollars.

Customer service is horrible and you can barely understand what they are saying. Recommend going through the actual airline.

Booked a flight online, and at the confirmation of booking, stated thank you for your business, flight is unable to be booked. 3 hours later I get a flight with all the wrong times.

I called and they stated we did not make a mistake, that I did, well I think I know where and when I want to go somewhere and when paying a lot of money I can assure you I get it correct every time. Complete scam.

WORST COMPANY EVER

Can't understand the agents bc they are in India and hard to follow..they lie, the pricing sucks, and they couldn't find my reservation even after they said they made it. I never received my email confirmation, and their pricing sucked.

DON'T USE FARE BUZZ IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. They charged me double what the actual fare was, and tried to charge me for my infant daughter.

The price was a total joke, and they never send me my reservation. This company sucks.

Worst customer service. Their "discounted price" is not so discounted.

My mom bought a ticket. When i went to check the price she paid compared to the exact flight itinery with expedia that i happened to be searching the day before she bought it was a $1,000.00 cheaper. Not only that. The worst thing is when i called to change the return flight.

They simply said my ticket does not allowed any changes. They also wanted to charge me $250 for changes if i were to change the flight. Plus any fees from the airline. Nooo i am telling you!

Plus i had to explain myself and ask the girl to repeat herself many times because i could not understand her english. Horrible!!!
