Horrible Representation of our Case
- - Dock destroyed by Hurricane Ian; months of attorney communication.
- - FARAH urged settlement after insurer letter; letter not shared; meeting rude.
Dock destroyed due to hurricane IAN. Attorney's total lack of communication (and apparent interest) for months on end was disappointing to say the least, especially since their ads continually claim such great care and interest and great communication with all your clients!
What a joke. After many calls initiated by us, and several date changes for who knows what reasons, we finally met via webinar with FARAH attorney, representatives of our insurance company and a mediator.
The FARAH attorney made it obvious it was in our interest in taking what they were offering, even though we disagreed. We felt we had a rock solid case due to a LETTER from this insurance company agent we were dealing with at the time we purchased this policy, definitively stating our dock was covered, with NO disclaimers. FARAH atty informed us we could take it to court but would cost us more money and might not win.
As the discussions continued, it became apparent he had not EVER PROVIDED A COPY OF THIS LETTER TO THESE TO ATTORNEYS!!!
When we tried to bring it up during the meeting, FARAH attorney became upset, then we went offline at his request, and he became quite rude. Horrible experience, Horrific representation!!!

I call these attorneys and their intake people are lawyers. The intake clowns dont let you speak and already know whats going on before you do.
I believe the intake person know someone in the hospital because the coward wouldnt give me his name and hung up. What kind of practice is this!
Farrah and Farrah I will be contacting the BBB and notify them of the new thing your people are doing. Helping out the hospitals before they take on any clients.

You heard of Nightmare Alley ?? My Experience here was something that came out of a Horror Movie.
Once they found out I wouldnt fraudulently sign off on my claim and to roll it over on to another agency, my Settlement offer changed Due to my not being coerced to commit fraud, my Settlement offer went from 10,000 down to 5,000 and then down to 3,000. At that point I told Farah and Farah they could just have it all. The attorney quits on me, and has the Audacity to file A Motion against me for cost.
It would surely make a man wonder; What In The *** Happened To The Rest ??

- - They claimed to have their own doctors and investigators.
I had a bad car accident July 18th 2022 and I hired Farrah and pharaoh law for a law firm on the TV they advertise that they have their own doctors which is I found out which is not true did the looking out for me which is not true that they have investigators that investigate not true I had really bad experience with them I should have hired a law firm that had experience

HIRED FIRM TO RESOLVE LEMON LAW ISSUE
- - I was bounced between attorneys and assistants.
- - The attorney did little more than I could.
- - I was told I had a good case, then told I do not.
I have been bounced around from legal assistant to legal assistant and attorney to attorney with excuses. The latest attorney has done little more than what I accomplished on my own.
Initially I was told I had a good case. Then my attorney gives me a story of how he defended vehicle manufacturing companies such as the one I had a complaint against, then he turns around and says I do not have a case. Confusing E-Mails.
Confusing instructions. The firm representatives do not read full context of email information sent to them.

I hired Farah and Farah as attorneys for an accident that occurred back in 2017. Courtney Gilchrist took over my case, was paid to do her job out of settlement received.
I am receiving letters of an outstanding bill that she, Courtney Gilchrist, has yet to have paid. I hired Farah and Farah. Not Courtney Gilchrist, she was just another attorney sent in to replace another attorney. Back on 3/6/2020, I fired Courtney Gilchrist, not Farah and Farah.
On July 17, 2020, I received a letter from Gilchrist contradicting herself in the letter. I am accruing interest on this bill as of today's date. I have reached out to Farah and Farah but to no avail has anyone gotten back to me on this matter. The funds are in an interest bearing account.
All attorneys put those funds into an interest bearing account from pay your medical bills.
I have left messages for Kathleen Gross, Mr. Farah's asst., but to no avail still no help from her EITHER!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
