Need to change shipping address

Tried to notify to change shipping address. Not able to contact anyone to rectify shipping address.Message that ordering system was automated and not able to change shipping address, minutes after placing order.. Difficulty in finding phone number first number listed was obsolete. Second number is only staffed during business hours Monday through Friday,

User's recommendation: Manually add information, do not rely on automated system.

Return

Tried to teach them via email, phone and chat and no response. First, I just wanted to have a present wrapped. Second, I wanted to return something, and they have been unreachable and unresponsive. I am very upset about the restocking fee to be paid for my eventually returning of the item that I'm returning because there wasn't a listing of the age appropriateness of the item

Complete mishandling of my order

I ordered something for my wife's birthday and paid extra for fast shipping to make sure it would arrive in time. It didn't. Instead, on the date of her birthday I received an email from the company saying there was a glitch in the system and the item was not sent. I call customer service, get no help whatsoever, ask for a supervisor, and was told one would call me back. Of course, no one did, but the one thing I did discover in my call was the item was out of stock. If I would have known this I would not have ordered it. I called customer service again and guess what? A supervisor will call me back. Not holding my breath. Oh, and no one ever apologized.

User's recommendation: Do not patronize. They just do not care.

Honestly you should not get a full refund and be able to keep the item. This is not a charity.

This is a business, not toys for tots. If you cannot afford to buy a gift for your wife than don't.
