Won't take my return when I have returned same item at different store same policies
I wanted to exchange a Chris Turner Dodger jersey I purchased and also got Turners signature on back. Wanted a bigger size. I was told at your Tyler mall location by staff today (12/26) and store manager that personalized jerseys are non-refundable or exchangeable. I DID NOT get it personalized with my name. I got Turners name on back (which is the jersey I got) and should be able to exchange or return. I recently returned a Angels jersey with Trouts signature on back at another Fanzz location. I called that location to ask if they werent aware of the policy and they told me I should be able to exchange it or get my money back since i didnt get it personalized with any other name other than the players jersey name. I called another location and they told me the same thing that i should be able to return it or exchange without a problem. I again attempted to exchange the jersey for a bigger size at the Tyler location and told them I had just called other locations and should be able to and the manager said they might do that but we dont and was told to read the receipt because it says I cant return it once I get signature on back. I read the receipt and it doesnt say that. I bought another Chris Turner jersey because that was the only location that had the size I was looking for. I am HIGHLY disgusted with the customer service. Aside from the poor and disgusted customer I received and adding making this location look even more incompetent while attempting to exchange the jersey the rest of the staff was being very unprofessional speaking of other businesses poorly and cursing. I shouldnt have to drive another 35 miles across town to another Fanzz store to get my refund just because your Tyler mall location doesnt know how to run a store correctly. I tried contacting corporate today and the numbers are a joke as well. I WILL continue to call and write to corporate about this matter. Also posting on social media about Fanzz at the Tyler mall location and why should people avoid shopping there. Get your *** together. Its not fair to me.
