Missing order that's been paid for
Hello
I paid for a dining table and 6 chairs 19 months ago, apparently the set got lost. They ordered a new set, and now won't deliver the set because I won't pay for the set again.
Please resolve this, I'm sure I've been patient enough
Entertainment unit bought and remote is not working for the lights
The remote does not work for the lights,party lights only work when the TV is on and can not be set to 1 colour since the remote does not work
3 hours waiting for online msg to reply
I was eventually able to contact a shop who said they could only do a full refund, I took this option however that afternoon, after the entire bed was returned, a bed head arrived. So I now have just a bed head and they are saying I need to dispose of it. On 23rd December, more than a month after my first contact, I received a message from another part of the company to follow up my original request, they are completely unaware of the return or the delivery of the bed head.
Worst customer care I have ever experienced. They make it impossible to contact them for damaged goods.

I have been very happy with all my purchases from Fantastic Furniture and there have been a lot. The quality of the furniture is terrific but I am disappointed I haven't heard from them regarding the missing piece from my bedside table.
I need it ASAP as I am going away on Monday for 10 days. I hope to have an answer very soon.

70 year old disabled female who paid your outrageous costs for assembly & delivery of a cupboard. I asked the delivery men to take off the packaging.
They refused. I rang the local store (Rockhampton Qld) but the manager Abby was too busy to speak to me.
I was never informed I would need to remove & dispose of the packaging. Human decency would expect this would be done for an elderly person. Plus how unprofessional is your Rockhampton manager who wasnt too busy when she took a lot of my money ($60 for delivery within a 5 mile radius & $84 for assembly).
Because the item still has packaging, I dont know if its been assembled correct or if its damaged? My business will go to a more decent & professional store from now on.
I request this complaint go to the highest manager & that I receive a response in a reasonable timeframe.

Do not trust this company with your money
I brought 4 chairs online. When the delivery arrived they weren't in boxes or packaging just a little bubble wrap on a few legs.
The chairs were dented and scratched up.
Contacted fantastic, and they offered to replace them.
Second order showed up damaged to. So now I have 8 severally damaged chairs.
I contact fantastic and ask for all the chairs to be picked up and refunded.
The organise a quick pick up of the product, the next day.
Now it's been nearly 3 weeks, no chairs, no money and can't get any answers.
I tried to do everything right took photos, emailed them
