I ordered the 12th I still don't have my order. I needed these items before a trip. I can't contact anyone directly this is bad for business

Do not order from this company. They say orders delivered 8-10 business days. We are on business day 13 and I cant even track my order. It says tracking info not available!

User's recommendation: Avoid ordering from these clowns.
