Wrong order

I ordered on line and was sent a different order- the paper that was in the box was correct, chocolate foil hearts! I got eggs that were filled with different fillings- definitely not solid chocolate hearts.

Still waiting on my order to come in, would be nice if I could follow when it will be here! Wtf

Too many discontinued items. Mainly Hostess Mints and the all pink rectangular peppermint candy.

The Colonial Assortment is rarely seen. Use to buy a 2lb box of that. Its the same old Mint Meltaways everywhere you look.

They kinda suck. Will be shopping elsewhere and try something similar to the Hostess Mints.

Unable to submit my questions online. I hit submit and nothing happened.

Tried calling twice and call never went through. Terrible website and worst customer service. Actually there is no customer support.

There should be easy access to a live person not some so called live chat room. Fannie Mae used to be my favorite place for candy, but todays experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Discontinued Hostess Mints and the peppermint candy that was all pink rectangular shape. I’m annoyed that you are only selling those lousy Mint Meltaways. Why don’t you discontinue them.

Why you are not promoting Hostess Mints and the pink peppermint candy in a rectangular shape. If youre selling more Mint Meltaways its because you have them in every Jewel Osco.

I havent seen a Colonial Assortment lately either. The only other favorite is the Trinidads and I can find them in other stores. So there is really no reason to shop at *** Mae anymore.

There is no longer a good selection anymore. I have been enjoying *** May since my first box on Valentines Day from my dad.

Disappointed in delivery/qual

Order #000348**** deliver to a private residence

It was schedule to come between 10-2 and did not arrive

I could not stay home and longer past 2, when I got home later that afternoon I brought the box in was disappointed it was not pack with cold packs or dry ice. The cold pack inside the box was warm liquid.

The easter eggs were mushy. I have not open the colonial box yet as I was saving it for Mothers day, the milk chocolate mashmallows eggs tasted a little stale. I am from Chicago and have always enjoy Fannie May.

I had many cookie jars from Fannie May until we downsize to Florida. I bought your Giant chocolate Santa several years in a row, which made a beautifl centerpiece and then delicious fondue.

Fannie May - Trinidads have mint in the center

My sister gave me a box of Trinidads and when I ate it, it has mint in the center. It's not very good. Mint isn't listed in the ingredients, is it supposed to have mint in them?

Unexpected Poor Product

Back when Archibald Candy Corp. went bankrupt and closed stores, my family was disappointed as were most of their customers.

Even when we lived in California for 2 years, we could not bring ourselves to buy the Sees brand, so we just went without. Hard to do when we had purchased a lot of Fannie May Candy over the years; birthdays, sweetest day; Easter; Christmas etc.

In time, while we moved back to the Chicago area, Fannie May had revived and had new owners; reopening in many of the original locations, including one 2 blocks from where we moved. Then a few years ago, we bought a house in Northwest Indiana, so your closest store is about 20 miles away. Not exactly walking distance, but in a town we go to once a month.

So, keeping that less frequent interval in mind, our Fannie May purchases amounted to enough to satisfy us each visit. Since we were just there a couple of weeks ago, and our purchase was still not all eaten; we had no reason to visit that store so soon, but we did need some Easter specific items for visiting relatives.

The reason for my letter is an issue with candy I purchased 3 days before Easter! The kindest term I can offer for the condition of the candy is OLD and inedible.

As I stated, the candy we just bought Thursday was specifically to be for our Easter guests; our purchase included Easter Eggs and some of your marshmallow items.

Over 25-30 plus years, I have been pleased with frequent purchases of the brand; until now.

We bought your filled eggs for Easter previously, especially the Fruit and Nut eggs, that, prior to now were yellow coated and quite satisfactorily filled.

These now are chocolate coated, not exactly an Easter color, but more problematic; only partially filled; with the majority being a quite thick chocolate covering versus the previous years. Not at all worth $5 each, made more so in light of their inedible state

Im happy my wife cut one open, learning of their condition before serving them to our guests.

I saved a copy of the receipt for this transaction and expect a proper reply addressing this issue.

I imagine youll staff out my request, but hopefully, to someone who will take ownership of this matter and communicate with me soon.

The resolution of this matter will dictate if we continue to do business with Fannie May.

No customer service, web site says free delivery over $75.00 and at checkout there is. $35.00 charge

Also never received a $15.00 credit for first time sharing of e/mail

The product looks like a box cutter is the problem as there is a cut through the gift wrap and the box exposing the candy. Its my moms 80th Birthday this Saturday 29th and she absolutely loves Fannie May. Im so upset HELP!!!!
