Can I talk to a customer service department live person? Your company helped me before with no problem. But now, I have wasted 4 days trying to return an item and getting fast to black hull.

I, trying to get thru..but red tape with passwords,etc. for my returns

I am Trying to make return pass several days and I got no where fast
- - I had four items; one didn't fit and I returned it.

I have porches 4 items and one of them did not fit I have returned that item. But they send me app JUST ASKED and pay 5.00 to get answer. I do not want to pay $US5 To get help from company that is selling the own product.

A phone number would have been nice to ask what the difference was or even a chart that shows the different features of each and what makes them different from each other. Order size small and it looked like a size xxs or a size 10 in children's wear.
I never had a problem like this. How do you expect me to wear these?

I did describe that I am returning this item for full refund.
But couple days later I have received item that I did not order. I am waiting for my refund.
