Missing packages
This is a 12 month subscription service to build your own R2-D2. It is a 100 stage build.
I am only 3 months into it. My 2nd month package was prepared 3 weeks late, invoiced for $76.00 USD. The package was picked up by their carrier (OSM Worldwide) on November 13 2024 and never delivered to USPS to be delivered to me. I still have not received it or any communication from Fanhome.
My 3rd package was processed on November 27 2024, invoiced for $152.00 USD. That package was also picked up by the carrier and never delivered to USPS. To date I have paid $228.00 USD and have only received 2 stages of the 18 stages I have paid for. Contact support has been useless, they just make excuses and apologize instead of fixing the problem.
I would not recommend this subscription service to anyone. Be very wary of this company 'Fanhome' also known as De Agostini Publishing USA, Inc.
