Magazine not received

- No magazine or delivery emails received yet.
- Requests voicemail; no usable Fangoria number.
I took out the yearly subscription one Jan.3 2023 and the amount has been deducted from my account. However I have not yet received a magazine or any emails as to when I will .
I would just like to find out when I should receive it. If you call please leave a voice mail as I cannot answer the phone while at work.
I would also like to know why there is no phone number for Fangoria customer service. The one listed simply hangs up on me.

Haven't received subscription
- Order 80927 placed 12-29-21 for a magazine subscription.
- I have not received any issue yet and have emailed twice with no response.
I ordered a subscription and my order number is 80927 on 12-29-21. I have not received anything yet.
Was wondering when the magazine ships out. When i purchased it, it said i would have it in the beginning of the month. We are now at the middle of January.

I paid a year subscription in April and have not received any issues of the magazine yet and I am still being billed every month as well! I have sent countless emails asking for help in the last 3 months and have not received one response back

- I bought a year-long magazine subscription and got 3 copies.
- Months with no updates or copies; emails and calls go unanswered; refund requested.
I purchased a year subscription to the magazine. I received 3 copies and then received emails about hard times and not being able to print physical copies for a couple months.
Fast forward to well over half a year later and I'm getting no updates and still no physical copies. I have now emailed every email address to the company i can find and no one has responded. I call the phone number and it won't connect to anything. I just want my money back as i know ill never get these back issues.
But they won't even contact me at all. I just want to hear from them at the very least to know they value me as a customer and I will receive what I paid for.

I too have never received any physical copies.
Same story- emails never responded to and calls never answered.
I used to love this magazine. Now I just want my money back.
I think the people in charge of the magazine are/were complete *** for taking peoples money knowing full well that they never intended to make good on the mutual agreement (money for magazines). We as customers lived up to our end the deal. This is just another example of corporate greed and now they are in financial trouble so they screw all their loyal customers. Great company.
