Got one "bot" response email, but still no human contact. They indicate on the website you have 30d to request a return, etc.
I suspect they are going to ignore my request for a return to run out the clock to deny any service. The Google customer service number (520) is a non-working number.

I have placed two orders with them and I still haven’t gotten all of the second order. It’s been in transit for over a week. I didn’t receive it for Christmas and there’s no updates on the arrival.
My order was for Christmas. It was placed 12 days ago and it hasnt even shipped yet. I have emailed three different times for an update on this order and I have heard nothing.
