Do not go !!!

on 2/18/2020 i went in to get a microphone cable repaired on a I phone 7, speakers was not working, told him the issue as some tech friend told me what was wrong friend did not want to fix any way dropped it off on 18th he agreed it most likely was the speaker wire that it needed to be solder told me I could pick it up the following wed (2/26/20 ) had to call on 25th to see were phone was on repair. When I left on 18th I got a invoice stating ( Bonus 20 N;A in house Micro Soldering when I called on 25th to check on phone he said that they haven't even looked at it yet , he called back 15 minutes later and said it would be another 175.00 $ I told him I was not going to do that on 18th he knew it was cable and charged me for the soldering I ask did you do any soldering he said no, but he was willing to sell me a used I phone 7 for 460.00 $ minus the 84.80 I had payed him I ask for my money to be refunded since he did no soldering and that's what was on the invoice he then said that was put on all invoices it was just a query they use when doing diagnostic I said it does not say diagnostic on invoice it says you charge for micro soldering ( and he got quite rude ) never the less I ask him to call the police to get there opinion he refused also I ask him because he was in his a younger man when customers call you its not a very good business relationship to call female customers and my wife ok sweetheart yes I know sweetheart 4 tor 5 times he keep calling her sweetheart... I would like someone to explain form his higher ups why on invoice it says Micro soldering ( and he agreed on 18th the wire needed solder ) and he says they write it that way even if there doing diagnostics even though it says different , WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS FANELLIBOYS TO KNOW ONE !!!!

Horrible
I took a phone in for a new battery and got the phone back broken. They tried to tell me it wasn’t working properly when I brought it in and called me a liar.
The phone was fine before just thought a new battery would help with slow speeds. Can’t even use phone now.
Had to buy a new phone. Very disappointed
I phone 5 screen replacement
Terrible customer service. Took my phone there for a new screen because it was cracked I had no issues with the function of the phone until they worked on it I and have had nothing but problems since. I have had it there four times in less than three weeks for them to supposedly fix the issue but it has never been resolved.

What a good company
Its nice to see a growing company do a good job for people. I have been looking at reviews on them at it seems overall they are awesome.
My experience was very positive through the entire week they kept me informed of where my part was and how long they thought tell it would be there. I would recommend them to any and everyone that wants their electronics done for a good price.
Im not sure how many locations they have but i think its like 6 or 7 around West Virginia, so as long as you're in the state they should be near by you. Thanks again guys

Fanelli Boys Repair Review
I have been doing business with the Fanelli boys for years. The are the best shop around hands down.
When I was in South Carolina for vacation my laptop started having trouble so I took it to the local computer shop. That was a mistake!
Everything seemed to be going wrong after that so when I got home I took it to FB and they Han me fixed in a day. Now that's good service with no problems.

Fanelli Boys Cell Phone Repair Review
These people are rip offs. I went to a shop in Gabriels plaza and they were $127 cheaper for my galaxy s5 repair.
I can see maybe up to $35 more or so but wow what a rip off they are!!!! Take your business somewhere else.

Pissed Me Off!

hmmmmmm let me consult my crack team of MIT graduated experts.
Doesn't turn on.....hmmmmm tough one.
I'de say you need a new power supply. Take the old one out. Take it to a store and buy a new one. (Unless it's less than 6 months old then you can get a new one on warrenty) Take it home and put it in. It's not hard at all ou can only stick the wire connectors to the correct slots. You don't even have to think! Gosh thats neato!

Mulch my computer didn't even turn on so GUESS WHAT THEY COULDN'T TURN IT ON.
ummmmmmmmmmmm A diagnostic check???? Lets see they turn the computer on, get into windows, run a fee tool that says your box is *** and you need a new one.
hmmmmmmm I worked 6 months at a shop where we did the same. the shop made a *** load of cash off people like you. Thank you for that vacation the part time job got me and my family.
We had a great time by the way.
There are freeware tools out there that will tell you exactly what needs to be done. Or you can stop surfing *** sites and you won't have any problems
