Old outdated everything!! Bad service, he and his wife start service and never ask customer what they want and then charge high prices
His wife and him building is old and outdated! Ventilaton is terrible, products are out dated, and the quality of service is horrible, they prefer to assume what you want and start working and over charge for service.
They have the front door open in the heat for ventilation which makes it hot and ac doesn't seem to work! Bad customer service all around.

The shop is old outdated, bad ventilation poor customer service and the husband and wife are so rude and slick no one works but them!! And, they make up prices along the way. I'm so happy I have natural long nails that I can shape and polish.

Waited an hour they did my pedicure as my toes are drying they then tell me they don't do long nails I'm like what the heck!! Do not go there bad business

Barbaric and rude. Its bad enough that you have a hard enough time understand them with their lack of proper English but to have to sit among them while they talk *** about you is another thing.

Removes acrylic nails and doesn't listen when you say OUCH! Barbaric animals. After telling her that she was hurting me again.
she became disgusted and sent me to another table for someone else to perform nail service. That person was just as rude if not worse.
