Poor customer service

They would not allow me a refund for a fan that stopped working within one month. My receipt said I could return it in original condition -which of course it was. General manager said he was going to try to work with the manufacturer to solve the issue but strung me along for four weeks.BB

User's recommendation: Buy your ceiling fan from a company like Lowe's or Home Depot so that you know you can return it.
